From New York City
Rent a car and drive at your own leisure (approximately a 2.5 hour drive).

Take the Hampton Jitney North Fork Line from various pick up points in the city.

Ride the train from Penn Station to Riverhead, Mattituck, Southold or Greenport.

From the East Coast, West Coast and Beyond
Fly to any New York airport though JFK is the closest to the Long Island area.
You can then take an Uber, the Hampton Jitney or rent a car and follow the
same directions as stated above.
